The Pay-Less Markets Community Foundation is proud to present the 28th Annual Pay-Less Kick the Fat 5K/10K Run/Walk and Wellness Fair on March 16, 2024. Kick the Fat is Guam’s largest 5K, which aims to inspire healthy living and active lifestyles across all ages and fitness levels. KTF24 is kicking up the fun - bringing the community together again for fitness, goals, and health!
Kick the Fat Run/Walk Highlights
- A beautiful 3-mile scenic course to Adelup

Kick the Fat Participants Receive
- Kick the Fat finisher shirts made exclusively by Run Guam (sizes available in male, female, or kids) to the first 1,500 5K finishers
- Run Guam singlets to the first 300 10K finishers

- On-course and post-race refreshments
Prizes
- Grand Prize of a Roundtrip Ticket for Two to Manila or Japan
