  • www.grants.gov is the site established for all Federal Agencies to post grant opportunities. In addition, to apply for Federal grants online, agencies must first apply through the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. Before you can register, you must first obtain a D-U-N-S (for Data Universal Numbering System) number, which is a unique nine character identification number that is used to identify your business and provided by the Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Company.
